This is a vegan recipe


Very easy to make and great as a summer starter or to go with a barbeque.
Ingredients
225g/8oz black olives
225g/8oz green olives
4 tbsp extra virgin oil
3 small sprigs each of fresh thyme, rosemary and oregano
4 small fresh bay leaves
1 large clove of garlic, sliced thinly
2 lemon slices, quartered
Making and cooking it
Always wash your hands before preparing food Always wash your hands before preparing food.

Mix everything together, cover and set aside for 3-4 hours before serving.
